Postcards from Dakar
Your Dakar, in colour, paper and a few words.
An afternoon spent making postcards of the Dakar you actually know — a colour, a street, a building, a smell from a kitchen, a sentence someone said to you.
You work with paint, drawing, collage and printed fragments to make at least two postcards by hand. Nothing is copied from a photograph of the city; everything comes from your own noticing.
It is tactile and personal rather than instructional. Some people write on their cards. Some people never do.

What you will do
- Begin with a few of your own images of Dakar — colours, streets, words, memories
- Prepare papers, textures and printed fragments
- Make at least two postcards by hand
- Lay everyone's cards on the table at the end, if the group wants to

Cancellation, in short
Cancel more than 48 hours before your DALAL and your booking can be refunded or transferred to another available DALAL. Within 48 hours, cancellations are non-refundable because materials and preparations are already arranged — you may still transfer your place to someone else. If DALAL cancels, you choose between a full refund or another date.
